	The cottage has only been completed recently, and yet has all the rustic charm of Timber paneling and Terracotta floor tiles downstairs. Upstairs you will find a rich mixture of Jarrah and recycled Hardwood flooring.
	And out of every window there is a view.
	There is the forest on one side, the orchard in front of the Verandah with views over the grassy paddocks on the other side.

	Available Discounts: Special rates for 3 night midweek stay $280 Accommodation only
	Deposit requested prior to arrival: After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted by Carinya Park Orchard Cottage.
	Additional charges: A charge may be incurred for extra persons in a room.

	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) A deposit of 50% of the total package value, or $250 for longer stays is requested within 7 days of making the reservation. Refunds for Cancelations outside 30 days of the booking are subject to a Administration fee of 10% of the total package value. For cancelations or changes of date within 30 days of the planned stay, every effort will be made to re-let the cottage. If that is not successful unfortunately the deposit can not be refunded.
